"The owner and office staff were very attentive to my needs.  They understood that I needed to obtain approval from the Neighborhood Association Board before we could proceed, and that did lead to some delays.  Once we had the approval, they were meticulous in obtaining the correct materials.  The work was done quickly and clean up was great except they blew some sawdust and shavings into the garage under the door.  I'm sure it was accidental and their trucks were parked too close to the garage door to open it and check.
I especially want to mention the Office Manager, Lisa.  She is charming and friendly, and very efficient as she coordinates the job.  She really knows her stuff!
