The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. He immediately returned my phone call, contacted the tenant, investigated the problem, followed up with me (giving me the options to move forward), disposed of the old oven/stove and installed the replacement. I contacted the tenant, and they were happy with Lano's work. Lano was efficient and the cost was reasonable for the service provided.
