"I have used A&A Lawn Care for SEVERAL of my home projects!!! Last year, in the spring and summer of 2018, they tore out my old, SEVERELY overgrown front and back yards and then replaced them with GORGEOUS new yards with BEAUTIFUL sod and custom sprinkler systems!!! Now today, Sunday, July 21, 2019, I again hired them to remove the last of my overgrown hedges and also some old plants around my pool!!! They did SUCH an AMAZING job keeping the work area clean and replaced my old plants with BEAUTIFUL new ones!!! They also planted some fruit trees for me!!! The AMAZING thing about this company is that they are ALWAYS willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected of them to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied!!! The owner, Andres Madriz, runs his company like a "well-oiled machine"!!! He and his workers are EXCEPTIONALLY hard-working, kind and friendly and Andres is a "man of his word"!!! When he makes a promise to his customer, he not only fulfills THAT promise, but goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make his customer happy!!! In this day and age, finding a company and a man like Andres Madriz and his hard-working men is a RARE find!!! I would DEFINITELY look to A&A Lawn Care for ALL your lawn and garden needs!!! IF I could give them a rating of 10 STARS, I would!!! I would like to extend my SINCERE GRATITUDE to Andres and his men for their OUTSTANDING work!!! Thank-you and God Bless, Julie McKernan, Salida, Ca."

I am a local handyman and yard/house clean-up specialist. Things like trim work, flooring, and rough carpentry are my go-to as long with landscaping services such as material moving and off-hauling.

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can replace a damaged panel on your storm door yourself, but it requires precision and attention to detail. If you're unsure about any step or if the damage is extensive, it might be best to consult a professional door company to ensure the replacement is done correctly. Proper installation guarantees the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of your storm door.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.

You can replace baseboard heaters with many other types of HVAC systems, including forced-air furnaces, hydronic heating, and heat pumps. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, so the best choice for you will depend on your budget, preferences, and the design of your house. If you aren’t sure which option is right for you, ask an HVAC pro for guidance.

Once installed, there are very few downsides to heated floors. Of course, there is always the potential for a breakdown in the system. That is rare, however, and most issues, if any, come from a failure with the thermostat, which is usually easy to access and replace. The downside is that heated floors are more expensive to install than other types of flooring. If you are installing in an older home, they can also raise the floor level, which can pose some issues with doors and flooring transition strips.

It can be difficult to determine the cause of a coolant leak unless you have the unit inspected by a certified professional. Most coolant leaks are caused by wear and tear on seals and joints. This typically happens five years after a unit is installed. Additionally, faulty or worn compressors, evaporator coils, and condenser coils can also cause leaks.
