"After 2 other highly rated companies made appointments and failed to show or return multiple voice mails I had Jakob come and inspect old sprinkler system which had multiple issues. After an inspection he provided an estimate and started work on same day. Tree root issues were addressed and new valves and sprinkler heads installed in addition to new control box. He kept me informed all along the way and was very professional. Would definitely hire again."

"Mostly very good. They have certified arborists and do know how to shape trees and not just "cut" them. Accordingly, they are pricier. They also are good at explaining why certain things should or should not be done in order to keep the tree optimally healty. The only issue I had concerned a tree that they planted. I didn't receive instructions on how to care for the tree at the time it was planted. When I called about that, they apologized and said they forgot to give them to the workman for me and emailed them instead. That was fine. However, the description on the instructions of what the tree planting should look like when it was finished didn't match my tree. I inquired about that and they apologized and said that the workman was new to the company and hadn't yet been trained in how Grover expected things to be done. They said an arborist would come by to check it out and make sure everything was correct. That never happened. Unfortunately, at that time I had so many household issues that needed attention that I never was able to follow up on the query. But, other than that, they have been reliable."

"the project went badly. it was delayed a few days, and after I paid the service, they came back and charged for trouble shooting, which was ridiculous, as we knew that the faucet was leaking. I was hoping to replace the cartridge instead of the entire faucet, but of course, they would not do that to save my money. it is ok to replace it, but charging for diagnostics after we paid the project was just too much."
