I could only pick one type of service or project but for our landscape project Ken did minor grading, carved out a 'riverbed', built a short retaining wall, placed large boulders (and gave good recommendations on where to get rocks of all varieties). He is the most humble guy, friendly, and hard working. He has a crew of helpers but Ken was always there doing most of the work. Ken is a busy guy but he works hard at making sure your job is done in a timely manner and he is good about notifying you of any delays. I felt this was reasonable as construction jobs rarely go like clockwork. Very fair pricing, too! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again."

"Our main sewer line backed up on Saturday afternoon. After a bit of research on Angie's List, I called The Drain Company around 3:00 and was given a verbal dollar estimate ($145 minimum on the weekend) and a time estimate of between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. I received a call from Kent at 5:15 PM that he was on the way. He arrived about a half an hour later. He sent the snake down the line, and it soon cleared the clog. He left it going for several extra feet to make sure to clear any additional roots all the way to the street.

"From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling.
