His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. "This has been by far the easiest home project we've had done so far. Cipriano came for a consultation within days of my inquiry, discussed the pros and cons of artificial turf vs. sod in our yard (we have aggressive weeds), dropped off some turf samples the next day, and scheduled an installation for the next week. The  work was done with attention to detail - they made sure the underlying ground was level and filled it in with gravel and sand before carefully laying the turf so that there were no gaps at all - even though they were working with a very irregular space. It looks amazing and seems hardy. Best thing we've had done on the house so far (and we've done a lot!). Oh, they also helped me make a pathway through another part of the yard and I don't think they charged me for it! I can highly recommend this company to anyone considering artificial grass, and I'll bet they do a great job of sprinklers and sod as well.
