They replaced all the wood posts with lag bolts, deck rails, stair rails, patio cover lattice, lower main post covers, and primer painted everything. They also ran electrical and installed 2 electrical outlets, indoor power switches, and 2 large ceiling fans and patched drywall inside and painted to match.
