Mike came out and walked through some ideas with us. He provided us some suggestions, some of which were cost savings and some which added to cost. Mike's team pulled about a foot of dirt/topsoil off our yard. The graded the yard and laid down artificial turf, a cement foundation and a paver and stone overlay on that, and a planting bed.
