"We received 4 bids to remodel our master bathroom and extend our closet and Jon's bid was straightforward and competitive. He explained how he bids the cost of the remodel with basic construction materials. He does not include or allocate a dollar amount for the flooring, vanity, tile etc. that cost we were responsible for. He explained with this process we get the upgrade material we want from the start. Because of his years of experience he did provide insight on where we could find and purchase the materials at very competitive prices. This process worked out very well for us as my wife and I enjoyed choosing all the upgrade materials ( tile, bath fixtures, lighting, tub, flooring etc.). Jon is a bit of a perfectionist and he does not like to leave anything to chance so he always thoroughly communicated with us and his crew and always backed it up in writing.
