After experiencing water damage in my bathroom from the unit above, I decided to not only restore it but also take the opportunity to upgrade the space. This included new drywall (ceiling too!), intricate tile work, additional lighting, a heater fan, and a custom paint palette. What truly set IND Construction apart was their exceptional service. Dorel and Javier were masters of consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their attentiveness to detail was incredible – I'd often inspect the day's work, thinking of a small touch-up, only to find they had already identified and addressed it! I was also thoroughly impressed with their good general decision-making. In instances where I hadn't provided specific input, their experience shone through in the quality choices they made for the build-out. Furthermore, whenever I did have feedback or requested changes, they were incredibly responsive and agreeable, always ensuring my needs were met. As a wonderful bonus, they were fantastic with my dog, Maggie. She can be a bit barky and protective, but she absolutely warmed up to them and enjoyed their company."

"I hired ReBuilt for a full-gut interior renovation. From the first call to the final site clean I felt taken care of. The estimate was detailed and clear. The in-house designer, Kaitlin, implemented my ideas and tactfully injected a few of her own to create a beautiful finished design. My Project Manager Ricardo was onsite daily and posted logs on Buildertrend, the companies software system. It was great seeing the updates! He also kept adherence to the 16 week schedule and overcame some minor obstacles from the city and a few materials vendors.
