"I can't recommend IND Construction highly enough, especially Project Manager Dorel and Crew Chief Javier! After experiencing water damage in my bathroom from the unit above, I decided to not only restore it but also take the opportunity to upgrade the space. This included new drywall (ceiling too!), intricate tile work, additional lighting, a heater fan, and a custom paint palette. What truly set IND Construction apart was their exceptional service. Dorel and Javier were masters of consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. Their attentiveness to detail was incredible – I'd often inspect the day's work, thinking of a small touch-up, only to find they had already identified and addressed it! I was also thoroughly impressed with their good general decision-making. In instances where I hadn't provided specific input, their experience shone through in the quality choices they made for the build-out. Furthermore, whenever I did have feedback or requested changes, they were incredibly responsive and agreeable, always ensuring my needs were met. As a wonderful bonus, they were fantastic with my dog, Maggie. She can be a bit barky and protective, but she absolutely warmed up to them and enjoyed their company."

His crew did not show up at the job site sometimes for 3 to 4 days at a time which has delayed finishing construction past 2 years now for a simple 1 bedroom ADU. Alex doesn't seem to know the electrical codes and gas company codes further delaying the project. He has lied to me several times about meeting with the city. I requested a modification in the drawings about a water heater 6 weeks ago and the only response I have received is more lies and delays. My mistake was paying him for the project before final inspection. Don't hire this person he's not honest nor competent."
