"Found A &M Electronic thru Angi. Armen was tech that came out on 5/2/25. He stated was blower thag was not working (appliance also has a condenser). He stated would order part - would take a couple days. Also mentioned that if it needed sensors that sould be about $75 more on price He gave me. I pd him $100 deposit forservice call (which was $79 for service call) thru zelle . Was called on 5/5 (part was in) and he returned on 5/7 to replace part. He had informed me part (s) was only 30 days. My error - I didn't ask about labor warranty Later that day I opened refrigerator and temputure gage was showing freeze temp was set at H then changed to 1. I called him Thursday morning to inform him. His response was "I didn't work on freezer." It is one appliance . Asked him to call me as to when he could return. No call back. I called him Monday morning. Again his response was "I didn't work on freezer ".I told him temp gauge was not doing that on freezer only refrigerator prior to service. He stated he could come out on Thursday between 10-11 am. I stated ok then called back to inquire if I was going to be charged another service charge .He stated "Well I will charge you 50% cause I have to drive 2hrs to get to my place".At that point I just let him know to not come and I will try to find another service and/or solution."

"Hired Appliance Magician to service a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling properly. The technician", Artem Hxxxxxx, arrive on time and I immediately knew there was a problem as he did NOT speak English - Also, he did not know how to service my refrigerator - He spent 90% of the time on his cell phone getting instructions from his boss - He never checked the diagnostic service codes on my refrigerator and I could not t ask him to check them as we could not communicate. After 45 minutes of removing panels in my fridge and looking at things , he handed me his phone to talk with his boss (who talked in very broken English) who told me my defrost heater was broken and the fridge could be repaired for ;about $750 . My fridge had no frost/ice build-upo on any coils he checked, nor was there any water in the case, which my limited knowledge told me was not compatible with his diagnosis. I feel I was ripped off of the $69 trip charge as nothing was done, Company NOT vetted!!!"

"Couldn’t have been an easier, more thorough, or safer experience. Max responded immediately to my Angie’s List request. He knew exactly what the error code on my Bosch dishwasher meant plus its likely causes and solutions, and already had replacement parts if the cause ended up being mechanical. He was not only prompt - he actually called to see if he could arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled timeframe. He had all the right expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it, test it, and clean out the drain lines completely which I appreciated so I could have the rest of my Saturday afternoon free. He charged a reasonable fee and applied the diagnostic fee against the cost of the repair & parts. I would definitely call him again for any appliance repair. Note about safety: Due to coronavirus concerns, I’d been trying to avoid calling in a repairman, but I’d already tried all the troubleshooting steps in the manual, the Bosch website, and on YouTube, so I knew it was time to bring in a pro. Max arrived in mask and gloves, not to mention shoe coverings, and stayed socially distanced throughout, which I appreciated."
