"Stop! Your quest to find the best floor installer has been met. Anthony Spinelli owner of ADS, runs his business with hard work, passion and integrity. Commitment to a job well done. My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Joe Kincaid is a great contractor.  I first met Joe back in Fall of 2014 when I was looking at contractors to do a remodel of a home that I had just purchased.  The home was built in 1959 and many parts of it were original.  I wanted to upgrade the electrical box and grounding as well as replace a few of the lights.  There were a some other items I was pricing out with him, such as a small roof repair and a small bathroom remodel.  

It was on a Sunday morning, when Joe called me around 8:00 AM that my simple remodel changed completely.  We were about a week into the project.  Fortunately, Joe stopped by the house that morning early to check up on the work progress.  When he arrived, he found that my cold water line had burst under the house overnight.  The entire house was under several inches of water.  Joe was instrumental in helping me get the repairs started by first contacting a flood/mold remediation company to dry out the house.  

In the end, I had to do a complete home remodel.  Every room was affected.  Including what we were originally planning on renovating, Joe replaced the flooring (tile and wood laminate), baseboards, drywall, painting, electrical plugs, breaker box, roofing repairs, new shower tiling in the master and new shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom, new vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets and counters in the kitchen and much more.  Joe got the work done on time and on budget.  If I could change anything, I would have used Joe for the copper re-pipe I had to do inside the house after the flood.  Even then, Joe noticed and helped take care of issues that the plumber left unfinished.  Joe became my eyes and ears during the project.  His communication was great!

Earlier this year, I had another water line problem at the house.  This time the water main line was leaking underground between the street and my house.  My first call was to Joe.  He stopped by that day and called me with his recommendations.  We decided to replace an area of the copper pipe that was leaking.  Hopefully this will be the solution as the rest of the pipe looked OK.  It was certainly a lot less expensive than replacing the whole line. Joe was thorough and did a great job both times I have used him.  I like how he is willing to give options to meet my budget and best of all, I trust what he says."
