"My husband and I hired IND Construction to replace the shower in our primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (Our shower needed a repair that unfortunately required starting over). We worked with Erez and Javier and their team. We started on March 6th and finished on April 17th. Our project seemed simple on paper, but had some unexpected hurdles along the way. We appreciated how this team handled all of it. They worked kindly and patiently with our neighbor when a problem was discovered in a shared wall. The tile work was very well done!! If we discovered a mistake, or something we didn’t understand, or something we didn’t like…..they looked into it, explained it, and resolved it right away. They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub. Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home.
