"It cost me about $1700 for about 600 square feet. I think they were pretty good. They were very professional and quite thorough. They applied for the permit. They did the work and followed the procedures. Then they sent me a certificate which basically meant that everything was as per the code. So, that was quite nice. They know what they are doing and take care of everything. When they came in, they laid something down to cover the floor and it was in a separate area. So, I wasn’t even bothered that much. It was pretty nice. I would definitely recommend them to other people. However, the price was pretty high. The reason for that is because of the stucco in the popcorn ceiling. You can’t go with a regular contractor because they wouldn’t know how to deal with it. Allclear had a very specific procedure for the stucco ceiling. A popcorn ceiling should cost about $600 instead of $1700. I am pretty satisfied with what they did. I would definitely use them again."
