"Back in DEC 2021, Mentors delivered my new sofa set to my home and the movers carelessly bumped the corner leg of the sofa and hit the surface corner of my new concrete dining table. The new dining table is now ruined since the damage is completely visible. The only thing I heard in that second besides the metal hitting concrete was "oops" coming from that mover. After proper recording of the damage on the BOL/Delivery form, you would think the company would compensate appropriately. Long story short, the company apologized, but made me go through their insurance provider for the claim which I found out was denied because they chose to argue it was MY FAULT!!! The movers that they use are suspect. The customer service is very poor, and if there are any issues that arise, good luck having them trying to resolve it. It is now April and taking them to court is my last option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
