Excel Relocation Systems

Back in DEC 2021, Mentors delivered my new sofa set to my home and the movers carelessly bumped the corner leg of the sofa and hit the surface corner of my new concrete dining table. The new dining table is now ruined since the damage is completely visible. The only thing I heard in that second besides the metal hitting concrete was "oops" coming from that mover. After proper recording of the damage on the BOL/Delivery form, you would think the company would compensate appropriately. Long story short, the company apologized, but made me go through their insurance provider for the claim which I found out was denied because they chose to argue it was MY FAULT!!! The movers that they use are suspect. The customer service is very poor, and if there are any issues that arise, good luck having them trying to resolve it. It is now April and taking them to court is my last option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

LOUSY I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER

My initial contact was with Steve.  Because I had some bad moves in the past, I was cautious and a bit jaded.   When Steve came over to evaluate my move and bid on it, I immediately felt a sense of honesty and sincerity.  This meant a lot to me.  I signed with him on the spot.  The movers came and took great care packing up my china and breakables.  They wrapped my furniture very well and delivered it all to me the following day at my new location.  Steve came by on packing day to check in with me and make sure all was going well.  Nothing was broken or damaged and I am grateful.  I strongly recommend using this company for any move you have.  Their professionalism and friendliness is only surpassed by how they treat your move like their own.  They took great care of my possessions.  I would use them again.

Excel did a very good job moving our household. The price we ended up paying was lower than other quotes we received and the actual price we payed was almost $500 less than the original quote from Excel that was provided as the ceiling/ maximum we would pay. Needless to say, we were very happy about that. The manager or owner, Darren was very helpful and was patient with us when we had a temporary snafu with a check we wrote due to the chaos of moving. We appreciated that kindness a great deal. Also, the guys who did the actual moving we're competent and quick at their work, even with the heaviest of items. Overall, we had a very good experience with Excel and will recommend them to our family and friends.

2 movers arrived and quickly loaded up the truck, careful to wrap furniture, etc in a padded blanket, (which they brought plenty of). At the new house, they unloaded everything where I asked them. Hard workers! Everything went smoothly
