 + -1 moreThey would rarely answer phone calls to their number (cell phone). Usually I would receive a text message some time later that was short and didn't necessarily answer my questions. They did respond that their truck broke down twice and then said they transferred the belongings to another company. I checked with the company (Mayflower) and that was a lie. When I did speak to someone from Mansion Movers they were rude.
Description of Work: These "movers" are scam artists. They took payment in full for a cross country move and then stole all the property from my 89-year-old mother and disabled brother. In addition, they went into the packed boxes and wrote over $10,000 in fraudulent checks that they found. I hope that no one else gets taken advantage of in the ways my family did.
