Had to call him again 2 days later to check on a leak which he explained had something to do with the building's old rusty pipes. I agree with him. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."
