A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"I was told the project would take 3 weeks max. It is taking more than twice that. It started at the end of October, and I still do not have a functioning bathroom as of the 2nd of December. Now it seems work is being done sporadically. The Tile floor was semi installed on Sunday, the main tiles were cemented down, but not the edging. And since then, I have not seen anyone. It is Wednesday. They installed the wiring for the light fixtures in the wrong place. I had to do the calculations to figure out where they were supposed to go, not my job, and it still has not been corrected."
