"Greg was an excellent partner for our condo's kitchen renovation. I loved having one person I could trust to take care of everything. On top of that, his all-inclusive rate was a lot less than other quotes I got. Design phase: Our original kitchen had an awkward double L-shaped layout, and I hadn't even considered the possibility of changing the layout because other people told us it would be more expensive to do so. But Greg suggested this new layout that made our space feel so much bigger and assured us it wouldn't be a big deal at all (and it wasn't). Greg also has good taste. I also have a design background, so I'm particularly invested in the design phase. It was great to collaborate with Greg on the elements that mattered to me (finish materials) and defer to his expertise on the rest.
