While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Brian Higgins the owner, was very thorough and considerate. He gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job. He eliminated the dead rats at were in the attic and under the house. He helped us fog the entire house to get rid of the mites that were biting me for 6 months. Then Brian climbed on the roof and covered all access holes with wire mess. He did that to the perimeter of the house too. Finally he set traps with bate in the attic and crawl space under the house. Two weeks later he returned and did an inspection of the traps to make sure there was no additional activity . He is a very pleasant guy and I would highly recommend using him again if needed .R Blecher"

"Very pleased with service from Minh. He is very friendly & took the time to assess my ant problem. He eased my concerns on the use of chemicals & was prompt on scheduling my spraying. The spraying worked for the most part but I did have an unusual area that required a follow up which Minh came out to resolve promptly as well. I also had Minh repair some of crawl space vents where other contractors made larger holes in the vents as they did their projects which put my crawl space at risk for critters. That was done very well & professionally as well. Also, the spraying also addressed not only the ants but spiders & other bugs. Would definitely hire for my pest control needs again."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"We purchased an old single family and hired Geffroy for treating drywood termite and fungus, repairing damaged wood members, straightening the structure posts in the scrawl space and replacing a few ventilation screens. Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He gave a very competitive bid compared to the bid we got from HomeGuards. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision). He finished most of the work over the weekend and came for a few touch up the next Tuesday. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. What impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude. He stayed to finish his work on Sunday until 11pm (took longer than he thought) and did not charge us extra beyond the price we agreed upon. We highly recommend Geffroy for termite control and general contracting for the quality of his work, his pricing and most of all his work attitude."
