"Luis helped us out with our problem involving our electric vehicle charging station. He was able to identify what the existing problem was. It turned out that the breaker box the old electrician installed was faulty and wasnâ t working properly because it was of cheap quality. I was impressed that Luis didnâ t just abandon us when the charger kept stopping but took his time and approached the problem from many different angles until he figured out what the problem was. He was very approachable and seemed to be very qualified and knowledgeable in his field of work. I would 100% recommend him to other customers."

We employ a staff of highly trained and well qualified technicians who are available for all of your telecommunications needs, such as phone system installation and repair, additional keysets, voicemail, data and phone cabling, music-on-hold, paging systems, and wire management systems. For your convenience, we are located in Santa Clarita and provide service to the greater Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Equipment failure that disables the ability of the system to place or receive calls is considered a major outage. It is the policy of our company to respond to major outages within four hours of an authorized request. A malfunction that is not defined as above is considered a minor outage. It is the policy of Inatel Communications, Inc., to respond to a minor outage within 24 hours of an authorized request.

Service tech said he would clear his schedule and be here at 11. He showed up on time and had our phones up and running and a few other things done also.
