"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"As a landlord, it is awful to get notice tenant is moving. Need a lot of work done and need it fast as time is rent lost. I could not have done it without Tony and his crew. Since it was a vacant home, I was not there regularly. Thank God Tony had initiative. A real self starter. He saw what needed to done, gave his recommendations and reasonable pricing. He had great ideas and I approved everything he thought we should do to bring this 40 year old house into the 21st century. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Price not including the fixer and tile in the bathroom. We did not use service because we did not buy the apartment finally.  Prompt response.

"Highly recommend. Gil the owner was very patient and accommodating with our project of a new roof. We had to keep rescheduling do to having to have our solar system removed prior to starting the roof and unbeknownst to us, the company was entering bankruptcy and was putting us off for 2 months as we waited with leaks through all the rain due to their financial situation. Originally the solar company installed the system on a roof that should have been replaced prior so they were responsible to have removed on their dime. As soon as we knew the date, they were on it. Getting the required permit & pre-inspection. They started the day after it was removed and finished the roof in the exact amount of days quoted. The solar contractors left all of the brackets on the roof and the wiring which was to have been removed since we got a really bad taste of their service and decided to not to have it put back on. Gil was great about removing everything and still held to the original quote. Can't beat that! And the inspector came to sign off and said his company did a very nice job. We actually received a lower quote but the quote wasn't as detailed in what the scope of work was to be done. Always remember that you usually get what you pay for and usually the cheapest is not the one to go with."

"The inspection done by Octagon Roofing Co Inc. didn't seem like it was thorough. I would have preferred him to go over everything with me. I had to basically ask questions, which  he did answer. In the end, he did what he was supposed to do. They call it a 52 point inspection and basically, it's a xeroxed copy of a check-off list, is what it is. He literally just checked each thing and then "They you go." It's just funny. I find it not to be as much of an inspection and analysis as I would have hoped, that's all. He did have some kind of measurement tape thing that he did and that he looked at. So, that's the only thing. He got here early, but I didn't own the home yet, so I was trying to schedule it to be at a certain time and he got here about 15 minutes early. I don't think that anybody should charge for a roof inspection."
