"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. "Everything went great. Gary was accommodating,professional, and on time. He had great suggestions for how and where to mount the fan. There was not previously an electrical box on the ceiling, but he has an electrical background and had no problem getting everything up there. I had to work the day Gary came to do the job, but I felt very comfortable leaving him at my house, and he called later to tell me he had finished the job earlier than he had estimated, which I thought was really cool and honest, I would have otherwise had no idea what time he left, and he could have easily charged me for the whole day.
