"Tony and his team were absolutely wonderful!!!!!!! I can't say enough about their professionalism and quality of work. They tore out the old tub/shower. They re-plumbed the shower to a perfect height. He discovered that we had no insulation and added new insulation . They also tore out the old toilet and sink and took it to a recycle facility. New tile was installed for the shower /tub after the wall was reinforced and new floor tile was installed. All in all, Tony and his team made our 59 year old bathroom look brand new. A new solid door with a crystal knob was installed , along with a beautiful chandelier. He added all new baseboards and redid all the caulking around everything including the wainscoting. Our bathroom went from looking totally worn out, to now looking like a magazine ad. Tony also replaced an old hollow core door in my home office with a beautiful french glass paned door that fits like a dream!!! For each step of the construction, Tony contacted us and was willing to make changes when I changed my mind on a couple of decorating features. You can use a commercial water repellent treatment for glass on your shower doors to prevent water spots. Take care to only apply the product to glass. Letting air circulate also helps prevent water spots, as water is less likely to remain on the glass for a long time with good air circulation. Run your vent fan, open a window, and leave the shower door open for about half an hour after using the shower.
To tell if a window is single or double-pane, focus on the edge. Double-pane windows have two glass layers separated by a spacer, which you can usually see around the edges.
