Mary Lou has taken excellent care of my cats for over a year now. She is an animal lover and keeps a close eye on their health and happiness.

Mary Lou is the only person I can trust my four cats with. They all have different personalities, from the bold to the timid, plus feeding regimen is pretty complicated because one of them has food sesitivity (and she happens to have the biggest appetite). Mary Lou is always very patient and deals with each cat with such a care. It is obvious she spends a good amount of time with my cats. After only one visit, she understands each cat's temperament. I call her a cat whisperer.

Mary Ann has an excellent attention to detail and loves your animals like they are her own.  When we had a sick cat, she was perfectly willing to administer the medication and when he passed away, she sent us both a card and an email.
She brings little toys for my cat and she takes great care of her.  She provides detailed updates of anything and everything happening which we really appreciate. 

I having been using the Pampered Pet for several years and am so happy with the service.  Mary Lou is very reliable and my pets are always relaxed and content when I return home from a trip.  Five stars!

Reliable, punctual, caring service at a reasonable price.  Mary Lou is great with cats and we've used her service for years.  We especially appreciate her comfort in giving medications (just google "pilling cats" for the jokes to understand how difficult this is) and other special (vet tech-type) care to our cats, as if your kitties are sick and you have to travel, it is a great relief to have a competent, caring person making sure they get what they need..

It went great! Mary Lou is very attentive and knows cats very well. Mary Lou kept in constant contact with me regarding my cats and how they were doing in my absence. She even sent me pictures in email which made me feel much more comfortable being away from them. Mary Lou carefully paid attention to all my requests and follows in great detail. I plan to use Mary Lou in the future.

Mary Lou looks after my kittens when I'm out of town.  The kittens are happy and healthy when I return, and I don't worry about them at all while I'm gone.  Mary Lou is very responsive and responsible.  She seems to really enjoy "the girls," and clearly loves animals.  She also looks after my house, and tries to be sure (as much as possible with kittens!) that things are in great shape when I return.
I feel lucky to have found such a great resource!

We have a very quirky little cat who has severe "stranger Danger" yet hates to be alone. She took to Mary Lou very quickly as !ary Lou knows just how to gain her trust.

We've used her several times and always come home to a happy and relaxed cat. Plus, the house is super tidy! No cat litter outside the box and our mail is organized!

I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I hadn't travelled in a while because I was nervous about leaving so many cats.  After reading Marylou's reviews here, I decided she was exactly what we needed.  We were gone over two weeks, but you would never know it by the cats or the house.  The cats were happy, the house was neat, and we didn't get the kitty backlash we have gotten in the past (upset, mad kitties).  I'm looking forward to traveling more often, now that I have someone I can trust to do a good job.

I had an emergency and needed to go away for a week. Since I had already used Pampered Pet, I sent an email, confident that I didn't have to worry about my cats. They were well cared for, I came home to lots of new toys, and everything was good.

Mary Lou was amazing, she came by to meet my cat and I watched her give the meds. It was much smoother than when I did it! And both cats were very happy and content when I got back from my trip. She brought new toys to play with them, and clearly brushed them. The only downside is that she is more expensive than my regular catsitter. But I will definitely use her if in the future I need anything extra, and also if I can't use my regular sitter.

I was very happy with them. They responded to my email and my text. They were available right away. They were very friendly. The procedure was very easy. I told them I needed a certain day and they accommodated me right away, which I appreciated. They charge $28 an hour. I will definitely use them in the future.

.The cats all love Mary Lou. They are glad to see her; she feeds them, takes care of the litter, plays with them, examines them, gives medication to one of them, and calls us as needed, wherever we are, to reconcile any questions or concerns. We have been using her services for many years with no problems whatsoever. What a pleasure to go on a trip and not have to worry about our cats at all, as we know they are in good hands. She also brings in the mail and papers, and checks the house for any thing not right. On the last day of service, she leaves a summary of the care, and any thing that needs to be noticed. She asks us to call and leave a message when we get home to affirm we were not delayed, making sure the cats are not in a bad situation. Service well worth the fee. This year, we got a bonus from her. As a regular customer, she knows we sometimes travel to visit our family for Thanksgiving, and when her availability began to fill up, she called to see if we wished to use her services this year.  What great service!

As our ratings show, Mary Lou is reliable, professional, and very good with cats.  She know just how to approach a cat for the first time and win her affection.  We couldn't be more pleased. 

We have relied on Mary Lou to look after our cats for over a decade of frequent travel. She is wonderful with our pets: playing with them, bringing gifts, taking care of their occasional medical or grooming needs. When we return, there is always a note describing their moods and activities while we were away. But that is not all. Mary Lou is a pet care professional: she is scrupulous about confirming dates, timing her visits, taking care of our mail, looking out for issues that may arise with your pet or your house while you're away, and asks that you check in with her when you return. Mary Lou has handled the occasional emergency with great compassion and competence. We have complete confidence in Mary Lou, and give her our highest recommendation.

They are very professional and high class. They are prompt and pay attention to the diet. They know how to take care of small medical issues and the prices are competitive.

Mary Lou and her services through The Pampered Pet have been an important part of our lives since 2004. We used to drive our cat, Shadow, 2 hours away to my mom's house, which we called "Grandma Camp". I didn't trust anyone else with our "little girl". Then my mom moved to Vegas, and we had my husband's mother take care of her. She lived 20 minutes from us and didn't always feel up to coming over to take care of Shadow. I found this out, to my horror, and we decided we had to find someone who was dependable, reliable AND trustworthy...both in caring for our "fur baby" AND in coming into our home. Having huge trust issues, I knew this would be a challenge. But Mary Lou was the answer to our prayers. I truly believe she's part cat...although I'm sure some of her other clients with dogs, rabbits or birds would beg to differ with me and swear she's part dog, rabbit or bird. But she really is THAT GOOD!!! She has taken excellent care of ALL our cats...from Shadow who needed special care and medication until we had to put her to sleep when she was 18 (Mary Lou even cried with me when she got the news of Shadow's passing), to Huggy Bear, who as a kitten had every disease known to the feline community (MORE medication), to Tuggy (along with Huggy Bear) who were both on reducing diets, and our latest addition Yahtzee, who joined us after my mom passed away. Mary Lou has been a trooper, more than once, taking care of our cats in 2 different parts of the house, at one time because of disease, and another because they just weren't getting along yet. We always know when Mary Lou has been here...the place is neater than when we left and there are always a few new fun toys...from sparkley balls (Yahtzee's favorite) to handmade catnip filled pillows, which they ALL love. We always leave a note for Mary Lou and always look forward to the notes she has for us to find out what kind of mischief our rascals were in while we were away. She's great about coming twice a day - making sure the "kids" have food and water, cleans out all 3 litter boxes, plays with them and cleans up after them. She always picks up the mail, boxes at the door and anything else that if left out would raise "a flag" that we might be away. We look forward to Mary Lou's visits this summer, knowing everything will be taken care of and we can just relax. We LOVE Mary Lou, but most of all she's Huggy Bear "approved"...and Huggy Bear is VERY picky when it comes to people!!!

She is always very responsive and professional and it is quite clear that she genuinely loves animals.  It is reassuring to know that our cats are in very good hands when we go away.  We have used her services for many years and would highly recommend her.

The people who come out from The Pampered Pet Company love pets. They are very professional. They just do a great job. I don’t find my cats to be upset or stressed when I come back. I would use them again in the future if I could, unfortunately they don’t cover my area anymore.
