Romero (The owner of Quality Pump Service) returned our phone call over the holiday weekend within a hour. They are a family run business. He was willing to come to our home and install a temporary pump on Sunday as a new pump would not be available for two days (Remember it is the July 4th Holiday weekend). In short, we were completely repaired in two days with a new pump and new pressure tank. We checked on-line retailers to see if Romero had overcharged us for the new components.
