I was found them professional and friendly.

They didn't help and insisted I needed a new toilet that was simply leaking. I paid over $200 including the $89 service fee and when I had an issue with something that wasn't working from when they were here initially they said the work was not covered under warranty and that they would charge me another $120 to come out. I feel this abuse of the elderly.

Technicians recommended a replacement faucet and installed it quickly. I have used this business many times in the past and will do so in the future. Many thanks to Lou and his associate.

Service man Jason maintained good communication, worked with me to inspect the system and recommend a solution to sewer backups in the laundry area due to pipe corrosion downstream. I dug the trench to the street, then work took 3 days, overall well done, some pipe hangars left unattached, Jason went back in and did some tidying up. I filled in the trench, then got called back to re-excavate the trench to allow the city inspector to view the connection to the street. The Carmel inspector didn't look at any other part of the project.

Great. He discovered the leak immediately, even though it had travelled to a different place. He told me my 21 year old disposer was still working, but would soon need to be replaced.

Service man did the work, flushed the water heater and lines, but additionally replaced angle valves, supply lines, and fill valves on two toilets and a flapper on one without consulting me first. Shotgun replacement is not my preferred fix, considering environmental impact and waste, especially if no problem is being solved. I personally verified that both toilets were working well the night before the service, the tanks were " full of rust " on the invoice, but only had an iron stain and discolored water. I replaced the kitchen faucet on my own after service man recommended a cartridge replacement. 2 shutoff valves and risers: 184.14 new fill valve: 120.24 new fill valve/flapper: 232.25 water heater flush: 74.26 (was offered free by service man conducting previous sewer re-pipe, mentioned this to service man and office before service) All I asked for was a system flush, no more. My overall recommendation after two jobs: this is a company delegating responsibility and oversight to individual contractors in the field who are separated from management. Be careful of varying work quality, manage your service provider to ensure only the work you want is done. Inspect the job thoroughly to request improvements before he/they leave the site.

dI was very satisfied with the quick and professional service and the job quality. There were two issues having to do with the ultimate cost that were a little bit unexpected and prevent me from giving a solid "A" review. First the job was done on an hourly rate and was estimated to take 3-4 hours - it took 7, which almost doubled my expected labor costs. Second, despite that I had all of the required fittings and pipe onsite, the contractor insisted on using (and charging for) his own fittings and supplies. My costs for these supplies were 3 to 5 times as much as the ones that I had already purchased. I do understand that he was more comfortable guaranteeing his work with parts of know quality, but the price differential was a bit unjustified. However, they bailed me out of problems caused by another contractor and I know that there were some unforeseen complications, so I give them extra points for that.

I called Chris Wilson's Plumbing and was greeted by Rosalie, I believe who took my information and was able to get an appointment that day within 3 hours of my calling in. Right at around 1100 she called to let me know that CJ would arrive within the next 15 min.
CJ from Chris Wilson's Plumbing came and promptly found where the problem was. He took a couple of minutes and gave me an estimate. There was a Jacuzzi tub right where he needed to access the hot water pipe leak and it was framed underneath the crawl space. It would have been a major deal as he would have to cut into the framing but luckily he was able to get to it from the outside of the house through the house vent. I was also please when I asked him as an after thought, if he was able to fix the leaking water pipe in the bathroom sink which my husband was not able to get to this yet, he promptly again gave me an estimate of the work. He did have to go get a part for this but came back within a half hour with the new part. I was very thankful he was able to fix this. He explained everything in a simple way that I can understand.
CJ took the time to place a shoe cover and remove it each time he came in and out of the house. I was impressed.

Service technician arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, price seemed reasonable for work performed. I would definitely call them again, not only for the same annual maintenance check of furnace but for plumbing services as well.

On time. Professional. Competative price. Didn't try to hussle for useless extra services/products. Negotiate proce in advance. Look for internet coupons/deals. Tell them exactly what make and model you have, before they come.

My vacation home lost it's heating system and it was below 40 degrees the night before. I called Chris Wilson and scheduled the earliest next appointment; this was the next day around 4:00pm. Not only did they call with an earlier appointment that same day they totally replaced my unit before the evening. I was very happy and warm the following night.

Chris Wilson dispatched Nathan and a crew. The furnaces were installed in a minimal amount of time. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and rapid response time. The water heater was installed and is state of the art.
Since then we have used Chris Wilson for dryer duct replacement, a new hot water heater, replacement of a faucet, replacement of leaking irrigation valves, etc. Chris Wilson may not be the cheapest plumber on the Peninsula. But you know the old saying; and quot;You pay a buck, you get a buck.and quot; We would rather pay a bit more and feel safe and secure in the knowledge that our home has been serviced by a very skilled plumber.

Chris WIlson and his crew responded quickly and rerouted the water line which involved quite a bit of large copper pipe, trenching around the building, and patching asphalt where trenching occured. It was done fast and well with pride. I was asked to come and inspect the job and make sure everything was done as I wanted it. They also worked with the tenants so as to not cause a problem for them.
I have previously used this company for both commercial and residential plumbing work and have been very pleased.

I had a good and warm experience with him. He did it in 30 minutes and it was done. He undercharged me, was extremely reasonable, and passionate, because of my age.

Our heater was not working and making a clunking sound it was very cold unseasonably for the area and we were desperate at the time. I checked Angies list and they got good reviews and had a coupon that saved us 500$. thank u angies list. They arrived on time and performed all tasks diligently. They showed me where the multiple problems were and said they could have a new heater in that day! They even let us make payments which was really helpful since it was close to Christmas.
