Mr. Rooter Plumbing of the Tri-Valley

On Monday morning I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. I called another Plumber on Angie's List and got an appointment for 1 week out with the possibility of a 'float' appointment if available. I called Mr. Rooter and was able to get someone out between 1-3pm that same day. Mr. Rooter called around noon and asked if they could have someone take a look sooner... at 12:30. Daryl came over and quickly determined it was a bad hose on the kitchen faucet. He offered to replace, but I figured I'd replace myself (and give my wife the chance to pick out a new faucet). Daryl charged a service fee which I was glad to pay... I thought the repair was something more than the hose and would be more involved to fix. One additional note: Daryl mentioned as he was leaving... If I had any problem installing the faucet, give him a call and he'd walk me through the problem. Now that's customer service very often lacking. Daryl was the utmost professional. Great experience, great service, and a company which I'll certainly call again if I need a plumber.

The entire experience was great from beginning to the end.  On my initial phone call Dave made some suggestions for me to to trouble shoot the problem myself.  It was beyond what I could do so I booked and appointment with Mr. Rooter.  I asked Dave to call me 20 minutes before he arrived so that I wouldn't have to miss work. He drove up to the house at the exact time I did, very punctual.  He explained what he believed the problem was, the steps he would take to fix it and  gave me and estimate of the cost.  He went ahead and did the work which fixed the problem on the first try. He was very courteous and friendly and also offered advice on ways to prevent this from happening again.  I would recommend him to friends and family without any hesitation!

Our sewer line backed up on a Sunday. We called Mr. Rooter and they were onsite with-in 3 hours.  We were pleasantly surprised when there was no additional charge for weekend or emergency services.
The plumber was very professional and explained what it would take to resolve the issue. Double checked the pipe once it was cleaned out to ensure there were no other issues. 
My kids were curios to what was going on and he took the time to explain to them what was going on and showing them how things worked. 
Overall was a great experience and within a few hours the sewer line was as good as new.

Mr Rooter, Tri-Valley replaced a screw in the tixture and explained he entire assembly was installed incorrectly. Offered to return when it loosen up again and talk about how to fix it properly. David, Mr Rooter, also said about how long the proper repair would take.

I spent about $200. He was not cheap or expensive; he was okay. It is still under warranty. I was planning to call him back because it is not working as well as it should be. I don?t know what is wrong. He is a typical repairman. I will use him in the future.

They took care of the problem very quickly and effectively. Everything that they did was within their charge. They did a great job overall. They did send someone out to fix the problem. The young gentleman who came out was punctual and explained everything in detail about what he had to do. He did the work and cleaned everything up completely since there was mess. He was in and out within a quick amount of time. He was professional and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Steve and his boss Dave (the owner, I think) were VERY thorough. I called because we had a toilet that wasn't working. Steve gave me all kinds of options as to what to do about it, with a very detailed estimate as to how much each scenario would cost. He then went ahead and gave the whole house a free inspection, which is where he came upon our ancient water heater. He gave suggestions as to what to watch out for and the implications of waiting to install a new one. Every time I had an appointment. with Steve, he was on time and extremely courteous. I was very impressed with his professionalism. We decided to go ahead and have the broken toilet replaced and had another one replaced at the same time (they give discounts for multiple jobs done at one time) as well as the water heater. All work was done in a timely manner and everything was left as it was when he started. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

EMPLOYEES WERE ON TIME, CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, & DID EXCELLENT WORK. A MINOR ADJUSTMENT WAS NEEDED, SO THEY CAME BACK WITHIN 2 HOURS TO CORRECT IT.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL JOB THAT MR ROOTER DID. THE JOB TO REMOVE THE OLD PLUMBING LINES & REPLACE WITH COPPER WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OUR HOUSE IS ON A CEMENT SLAB. THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION & WE NOW HAVE WATER PRESSURE & FAUCETS THAT WORK GREAT.

OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO A WEEKEND PHONE CALL & ARRIVED WITHIN PROMISED TIME. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR PLUMBER TO COME TO HOUSE, EVALUATE PROBLEM, & PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. TECH THEY SENT WAS VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & EFFICIENT.
