Was very nice , Steve was great coming out to my home but when my I order a new pool safety bar it came in wrong. So we had to wait for a new one to come in.

From day one they were always on time. Each time they left the area was clean of any debris or trash. Each crew for specific projects knew what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Rick our project manager was professional and always helpful with questions. Whitney at the main office was great to work with. Easy to reach and always took care of any issues or concerns that came about. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family for remodeling their pools.

Great work, courteous, professional crews. Had to make numerous calls to get work startedone and then, to get the final steps done. We had a four week delay from beginning to completion. Otherwise, great job.

I bought a new home that had an older pool. I guess it sat empty for a few years so there were a number of issues. We knew we needed a resurface, but didn't understand the extent of the damage due to lack of maintenance of this pool. We called and got a quote. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful! The sales person told us what was needed and the job was done quickly. Our pool is beautiful and our backyard is no longer an embarrassment!!

They were completely Friendly, professional and informative during the entire process. The pool plastering was a mess and I had it replaced with Pebble Tec and it transformed our pool. It looks amazing, If you want it done right hire Burkett's

Burkett's work was of very high quality. They effected some complex repairs, and also worked with us in remodeling our pool design. All their workers and supervisors were capable and friendly, and they kept our job site tidy. Their work "Exceeds expectations".

They were very accomidating when we purchased our new home we had to get a section of the decking replaced and they were the only ones that did that kind of work. After the job was done I found a section that wasn't sealed and now I don't hear from them

BUYER BEWARE! I was put on the back burner once I had 90% of my money paid. This project took almost 5 months when the initial timeline was a month and a half. I think there was one day of rain and no acts of God to stall this project. Rick the project manager is terrible and does not communicate well and follow up on the progress of the project. While this was going on I read reviews and the same thing's happened to other people. I would not recommend or use this company again!

From the salesman Nick to Amy who came out to do the start up of chemicals the process was amazing and my pool looks fantastic!! Only took 1 week and they were always on time and cleaned up after themselves - I would recommend Burketts to anyone looking to get their pool re plastered.

Everything was going well till they got to the tile they said they would put back on that had came off. some was already off and some came off when they sand blasted. Now they want more money to finish. Other than that everything else is fine.

Like many companies unfortunately they are very responsive and helpful before the check clears. After sales support should you have an issue, like us we had a leak that needed attending, you end on bottom of list.

Our remodel is still in progress. Thus far, working with Burkett's Pool Plastering, Inc has been a very good experience. It's nice that the office calls ahead of time to inform not only when they will be arriving, but also who will be arriving. They have been punctual, and professional at all times. They make sure to clean up at the end of the work day. Currently, we are slightly ahead of schedule.

they didn't completely finish the job. left a piece of copping out. broke my pool light and are refusing to fix it. they didn't keep good communication when they were coming to work would show up on days not scheduled and not show up on days they were scheduled. I would never use or recommend this company. I felt my time wasn't important. they finished the pool may 10 and have never come back to fix the things they broke and left undone.
