The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
