It actually seemed like they were waiting outside our door until their watches clicked over from 7:59 to 8:00 a.m. then they rang the bell. They brought their own materials to protect our hardwood floors and removed them when they were done. They were courteous, fast, and very friendly, explaining everything they did to my husband.
