"We had ATC take a look at our HVAC system that was not running well. Another company came out and told us the entire installation was wrong and everything had to be replaced, including all ducting. The price was astronomical. They also said that some structural work needed to be done, such as cutting through drywall and the house, which was not included. When Kevin from ATC came out to look, he said the ducting and the heater were just fine. The condenser and coil were old and probably should be replaced but it wasn’t an emergency. He suggested installing a dual controller and an additional return to improve the airflow issue we were having. He also gave us a quote for three options of new condenser/coils, along with financing options. The price was a fraction of the other company and the financing allowed us to do everything now rather than later. John and Kevin came out to do the installation. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL! They arrived on time, were so pleasant to speak with, were exceptionally patient with all our questions, were extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and split systems, were neat and clean, and did an extremely professional job of installation. That included all the drywall work that was necessary! And the improvement we received was unbelievable! Every room in the house was immediately receiving excellent airflow! We really thought we were in trouble, but these guys made sure we got all the cooling/heating we needed throughout the house with as little cost to us as possible. I would highly recommend the company and would especially recommend John and Kevin. They also fixed a split unit that wasn’t working. They can do it all!! Love these guys!"

A technician was at the condo first thing Monday morning—less than 24 hours later! Throughout the process he kept me updated with clear ETAs, which was a huge relief since I was coordinating everything remotely for my boss. Once on-site, he called to explain what he found: a clogged drain line. He cleaned it, but when the unit still leaked, he dug deeper and discovered a more complex pipe issue. Knowing I’m no HVAC expert, he followed up with a detailed text (complete with pictures) so I could relay the exact problem to a plumber and give my boss a precise status report. The best part? He didn’t charge us a cent for the visit or the drain cleaning because the ultimate fix required a plumber instead of an AC repair. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare. "Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."
