"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.

Alberto is the person who met with me from my initial contact through Angie's list.  I had originally just wanted the repairs done and then planned to paint at a later date.  Alberto discussed the process with me and we decided together that it would be best to do the repairs and then paint as additional repairs may be evident while prepping to paint.

I had two workers at my house for several days.  Gerardo was the main worker.  He was wonderful!  He listened to my needs.  Cleaned up every day and was very courteous.  They were also cautious of my dog and let me know when they would either be in the house or the yard, so that I could keep my dog in.

When the work was completed we did a walk around the house.  They came back one final day to complete anything that was needed.  I am very satisfied.

Please note:  I cannot change the subject area which says remodeling kitchen and bathroom.  This was house painting and repairs.
