After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. "Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. I would also like to mention the tile work done in my bathroom was done with detail and precision and it turned out beautiful! Yes, I went through a lot of headaches and frustration with the previous contractors since the work started last November but when Palm Construction took over the job, Ken & Jacob made sure things kept moving to get the project done!
