WHB Cleaning

I hired WHB to come in and do a deep clean of my house. There was a lot of little stuff that we needed help getting back on top of, like dusting all the bookshelves and windowsills. Ashley was our cleaner, and she did a great job. She was very polite and professional, and we were impressed by how much she was able to accomplish in 4.25 hours (there was a lot to do!). I thought the hourly rate was very reasonable. We paid a small fee to include tasks such as wiping down the blinds and wiping out the insides of appliances, and a small pet fee ($20). The person who handled scheduling and billing was also very responsive to messages, and even checked in with me shortly after Ashley arrived to make sure everything was going well. I also really liked that I received an itemized invoice, and that I could pay online. My housemates and I currently prefer to handle basic weekly cleaning ourselves, but we will probably hire WHB again for deep cleaning at some point in the future!

Cleaned a moldy shower, quick and easy to work with

WHB Cleaning was very quick to respond. The cleaning staff did a great job. The house needed more attention than expected so everything I needed done wasn’t completed in the allotted time. What was cleaned was done thoroughly an professionally. There was some minor problems with communicating what I wanted done probably due to my not understanding what each particular service entailed. I had never used a professional cleaning service before. All that said, I was pleased with the outcome.

Vannie arrived on time and began after asking a few questions as to where I wanted her to begin, areas that needed any particular care and cleaning products she would be using, she was thorough and everything looked great when she finished. This house had not been cleaned in a long time but she got it all done in the estimated time frame and price I was quoted. I like that there are lot of other services you can add at very reasonable costs.

I had a great first experience with WHB Cleaning. Our assigned cleaner, Kimberly, was on time, well-supplied, had good time management and was respectful of our space. It was very easy to schedule our cleaning and Amerie (and Justin) were extremely quick to respond. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to accommodate all of them. We only had WHB focus on our two bathrooms, and they turned out spotless. Such a help to have a deep clean and someone who knows all the tricks of the trade. Amazing job and staff. We had friends in for the weekend and our place was left a mess. We scheduled a cleaning with WHB. And BAM our place was spotless. Such a relieving feeling to have a house cleaning company you trust to do the job right!
