He replaced my bathtub spout, and replaced the valve in the bathtub faucet, which fixed both issues. He also looked at the water piping in my attic, and determined that some of the pipe already had insulation around it, and most was in areas where it had been fed through very small areas and could not be accessed to insulate. I'm very happy with the service that was provided!"
