Very unprofessional! While discussing a job with owner, Dan, he tried to charge $750 for a toilet install and I found another plumber for the exact same service, toilet and all, for $300 in 2022. He proceeded to call me names.

Tim came out and repaired our broken shower mixer and kitchen faucet flow. While he was there he also did some repairs on the toilets. The service was excellent.

Perfect!  Meticulous work and perfect results.  This was a tough install in existing shower space with existing copper.  Plumber worked nonstop for 3 hours.  Had I done the project, it would have taken me 3 full days, and I wouldn't have done as good a job!

Found Folkrod on Angieslist and gave them the opportunity to bid.  Their bid of $4,100 was competitive with others, but I selected them because of owner Tim's understanding of the job and his associated suggestions.  Once given the work, it was scheduled within a week and completed a week later.  The scope of work was increased slightly thus reflected in the increased final cost.  All work was done professionally and with the best of materials.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of my interaction with Folkrod Plumbing.

all I had to do was describe the problem, and Tim knew exactly what was happening. amazing! he made his repairs-fast!-and we have had no problems since. he was friendly, professional and great to work with. highly recommend him!!!

Came out quickly, ascertained problem and had it fixed in a few hours.   We couldn't have had better service.    Has also replaced leaking water heater.   Wonderful service.

This was my second use of Folkrod Plumbing in 3 weeks. The first event was a clogged main drain line. I am new to the area and picked Folkrod Plumbing based upon others reviews. I had a plumber at my door in less than 30 minutes after calling. The drain line was cleared within an hour. The plumber, Tavis, was professional, thorough, and pleasant. 3 weeks later, I discovered 2 leaks in my waterline. I contacted Folkrod Plumbing once again. I was pleasantly surprised when Tim arrived at my door as soon as he was finished with a previous appointment. Tavis once again arrived to handle the job. I asked if it would be possible to handle a few other plumbing issues while he was here. Tavis handled the leaks and all my other requests quickly and efficiently. It is obvious that Tavis enjoys his job, takes pride in his work, and he takes great care in leaving the area clean. I am a Folkrod customer for life.

Extremely quick response time. Took less than 30 minutes from initial contact until I had a plumber at my door! Tavis was professional, neat, and pleasant. I have just closed escrow so I was nervous about why my toilets were bubbling. Tavis snaked my main drain line and the problem gone. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

He rushed up since the water was flowing down the street. He made an exception and reached here right away. He is pretty expensive, but he is excellent.

It was challenging and he explained everything he was doing.  He arrived
about 3 hours after we called, which we feel was very responsive.  The
cost reflected nearly 2 hours of work and we felt it was fair.  We
definitely would call them again.
