They were timely and punctual and did what I asked them to do.

Nick was great! We had a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. He first adjusted the thermocouple and got it going but, of course, it went out again after he left. He came right back and replaced the unit. He was very friendly and did a much more professional job than the plumber who installed the last one back in 2000. I wouldn't hesitate to call First Call again.

Leak was quickly located and repaired in a matter of minutes. Work was performed by Nick, a skilled professional who is quite personable & polite. Thank you so much for the speedy response and fix!

We called First Call Plumbing based on our first good experience with the provider.  I rated punctuality as B because the main office mismanaged my first appointment.  On the second appointment, I was given an estimate of $85/hour for 2 hours of work. On the day of the service, Todd arrived at 8am and started work at 8:10. Pace of work was moderate but he entertained at least one phone call during work and he arrived with only one hose for the two water heaters that needed to be drained. I provided another hose so draining could be done in parallel. Work was completed at 10:10. The bill was written for 2.5 hours of work + parts. I objected to the extra half hour charge. I was told that the additional ten minutes was rounded up to the next half hour. I pointed out that he started work at 8:10 and he took a phone call so he only worked for 2 hours. I was told "it is what it is". I said that I expected more from First Call, I was told "Do you know how difficult it is to run a business with workman's comp and travel expense? I would loose money if I charge you any less." I said I fully appreciate the tough competitive climate and that's why I wanted to support your business model and called you, but if you were going to lose money shouldn't you have reflect that in your bid and estimate? I was told that "Had I quoted you for $100/hour you would not have hired me". We will continue to consider First Call based on our excellent first experience with them, however, experiences such as the above does considerable damage to the environment of trust they work so hard to create - hence a B.

Overall estimate to repair all the plumbing was very high.  I was able to find another reputable plumbing company to do the work at 50% less and in a much quicker timeframe.

First Call is very professional and competent, just not competitive in repair costs with other established companies.

Excellent service all around!  What a relief to finally locate a great local plumbing company.  My call was promptly responded to and Rod was at my house within 1.5 hrs. The work was quickly & professionally done by Jordon, who even wore booties in the house. In addition he was able to unclog my eyeglasses from the toilet drain, at no charge! 
My entire experience with "First Call Plumbing" was AAA+ therefore I sincerely recommend them without hesitation and will use them for all of my future plumbing work.

Excellent service! The work was professionally done and the serviceman was highly competent and efficient and on time. I was impressed with the office manager who was friendly and able to schedule the service right away. My whole experience with this company was positive and I would recommend them without hesitation. On a scale of one to ten, I give them a resounding eleven.

Rod and his crew wewe always on time and very professional.  i would not hesitate to use them again.  This is the second job they have done for me.  I am very satisfied.

It went very well. They were very professional, straightforward and they submitted the information to the insurance company for me. I had no problem and they're very competitive. They also do emergency insurance work and they were here the day I called them.

The park manager came over and as suspected by Ron the park was responsible for the repair. I cannot say how much my husband and I appreciated this. The park manager called his repair people and it will be fixed tomorrow.
This is the company I will use over and over again for my plumbing needs. And I certainly will tell all my friends.
