Rod also took time to look at a drain I need to have fixed and we will be doing that soon. I highly recommend using him.

"Dear Member Although we appreciate the efforts of members to review us, we feel your review does not state all the facts. Our tech arrived and quoted you a price to fix a broken water line servicing the house, irrigation system and hose bib to the side yard; then insulate the manifold. This line was broken between two shut off valves, both of which were in need of replacement. In an effort to keep costs down, you declined our recommendation to replace both valves, choosing to replace only one. This choice lead to the first return trip. It was determined that the old valve had a small leak coming from the packing of the handle. You were not home and did not authorize replacing the valve, so we tightened it and it appeared to stop the leak. The second call back, you continued to complain that the old valve was leaking. Again the reason for this call back was due to the fact that you did not authorize the repair. The only way to resolve the problem was as we had originally recommended - to replace the valve. In an effort to leave you as a completely satisfied customer, we replaced the valve at no cost to you. We regret that our efforts did not satisfy you."
