Our air conditioner stopped working and he was able to fix it and did some maintenance work on the unit also. He also pointed out that we needed to replace the air filter which services our hvac system, which we were grateful that he did because we had never had it changed out with a new one and it was long overdue. "Randy was so responsive. He was the first and only person who contacted me when I initially entered my info/problem on Angi's list/Home Advisor. I was quite surprised as I had never looked there for help and didnt expect a call. I was still in the process of looking for someone when he called, and he seemed very knowledgeable and I felt my search had ended after we talked. He was able to come the same day (I had company so this was a blessing). I wanted to not only have the clog in my kitchen pipes cleared but I also was looking for someone to help find out why this keeps happening. He mentioned when we spoke that he had a camera for a small extra charge that he may put in the pipes to see if something bigger was happening. I thought that was great technology to have access to. After he saw our house setup, he felt that the camera was not necessary and didnt want to have me pay for something I didnt need and I appreciated that very much. He did give me a couple suggestions of things to do to keep the water and gunk from backing up (possible more downward angle for better water flow, simple fix for us to do), and the use of a drain cleaner that is safe for septic. Randy was a very nice and sincere man and a pleasure to have help me with our issue."

"The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean. He explained everything and had me sign digitally (nice) and was gone. I will definitely call them again."
