Whatever promise they will do. Absolutely recomend them. I original hire a different vendor but they did not do what supposed to be. The subcontractor said they did what they should do. I showed them the contract and they asked me to call the project manager. I called the project manager, he came and made an excuse and lleft. Albert, Reyes Painting, came for an estimate and we have gone over what we need and came out the deal. The new team did a good job. No rushing their staffs to finish but carefully walked around to be sure everything is covered. Thanks Albert and his staffs.

I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past for our various properties but needed someone who can handle a commercial property so I found Reyes Painting on this site. From the beginning to the end, the communication was clear and concise, supported with all the details needed. Customer service was superb not only for me but also for all the condo residents in the building. The team plans ahead in every way, in both work and communication, and just works smart. Definitely someone you want to hire and even though it is not the lowest quote I have seen, do you really want important jobs to go to the lowest bidder?

I've hired many contractors over the years doing renovations and repairs to my rental property and these guys were some of the very best. Anybody who is in this business knows that's a rare thing. They did a great time, addressed every issue, followed up to make sure I was satisfied, were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them .

Loved this company! They took such special care to do a beautiful job on our 80 year old home. David and Jose worked incredibly hard every day and were such pleasures to have around. Mr. Reyes is a nice guy but he was inadequate this time to diagnose a leaking problem of rain water going into my house. The work he did was to replace three cedar siding pieces of wood. Another person looked at the three pieces that had been installed by Mr. Reyes... and said, That's not cedar...that is pine wood Are you sure I said...Yes...I sure and pine will not last. he said. When I reported this problem to Mr. Reyes he said, It's not my fault...I have a receipt that says cedar. That excuse didn't wash because it proved that Mr. Reyes doesn't know the difference between pine wood and cedar wood. But, my rain leaking job was not easy to diagnose so if you stick to having him do your house painting you'l probably have a better result than me.
