"We had a couple of issues, technically not the fault of MVP or their reps. After the initial work was done it turned out the replaced part was defective. On the call out to replace the replaced part our appointment window was pushed forward 2 - 3 times due to another customer adding items to their project during the scheduled work. Customer service, management, and ownership were quick and flexible in negotiating an accommodation for the inconvenience. The techs were very diligent in testing and re-testing the part replacing the replaced part and very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the potential consequences of moving forward with another planned project, which allowed us the opportunity to discuss and decide whether to move forward or not."

"While with capping off the lines to the other gas appliances in preparation for the gas leak test they discovered several connections that had old fittings and whose connections had not been properly sealed. These connections had already created minor gas leaks. They replaced the fittings and properly sealed the connections at no additional charge. They were pleasant, punctual and answered all my questions, providing as much detail as I wished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and hire them again."

"Got a phone call that Mike was going to be a little late on account of traffic; no problem. He showed up about 20 minutes after the hour and set about trying to find my leak. We found the leak in the wall in the dining room; a cracked section of a cast iron drain pipe. He removed the 6 ft. section and replaced it with ABS pipe. Tested for any more leaks and found none. He was very respectful and efficient. I was happy with the job."
