I was at my wits end when the flooring contractor pulled off the job with the words check for asbestos dangling before my eyes. No mention of this when they came to measure. Mike was able to come out between jobs that day. Took the samples to the lab on a Friday afternoon. He was aware of my timeline without up selling me - his quote over the phone was his final price. As a woman homeowner dealing with the contracting industry it was so refreshing to be heard and valued.
