I got picked up at the international terminal at LAX with the driver holding a sign with my name. He looked and acted very professional, taking my bags from me to the car. The car was lovely and clean and elegant and the drive was terrific. PS: I had a coupon

Great -- they arrived on time (even a bit early) and were in touch before then that they were on their way. The driver was also patient and friendly despite some delays on our part in getting out the door! The car itself was very clean and nice, and he had a few bottles of water available for us in case we wanted them.

Everything was 5 star.  The ride to the airport was comfortable.  The car was nice and clean.  It was easy to book.  The driver was pleasant.  The normal cost without using the special that I took advantage of is well worth the price.

The online booking was convenient, and the great price ($65 with the Angie's List coupon + $25 gratuity automatically added) made it cheaper than a cab, not to mention safer than Uber,  and this is for door-to-door service in a beautiful town car and with luggage assistance.  The driver was 15 minutes early and made it to LAX early, and after the passenger gave the driver a cash tip, the charges to my card were reversed for the amount of the tip without my having to ask.  Honest and professional.

ll with great calmnessThe initial phone call and reservation was handled very efficiently.  The company emailed or texted me at each stage of the process.  I knew the name of my driver (Harry) and when he would arrive.  He arrived on time, greeted me in a warm but very professional manner, handled my bags and helped me into the car.
We had a very pleasant conversation on the way to the airport.  LAX is a very busy, crowded, totally annoying airport but Harry handled iit all with great ease and calmness.
I would definitely use this company again.

I purchased 2 coupons for a round trip between the San Fernando Valley and LAX.  The woman who took my reservation was friendly and helpful.  She couldn't have been nicer.  I immediately received email confirmation. I was contacted the night before and the morning of with the name of the drivers and their cell phones.  The drivers were punctual but not especially friendly.  I don't think either said a word beyond hello, but the trips were just fine, the price was excellent, I wasn't paying for chitchat.  The cars were clean.  I would definitely use them again.

I found Reserve via Angie"s List. I called and was treated wonderfully by Roseanna and later by Irina. They e mailed confirmation and on going updates re the meet and greet, the driver. etc. The passenger reported that every aspect of the pick-up, driver punctuality, courtesy, professionalism were all outstanding.

I think they were fine. They picked us up at baggage claim. They were on time. They were polite and they did their job. The price was as expected. So, they were a good company. They did what they were supposed to do. They honored whatever the price was on the coupon. The pricing was good; that is why I took them. Their responsiveness was fine. He was taking phone calls though.
