Wayne's Junk Removal

I found Wayne on here a couple days ago & when I contacted him, he responded very quickly! I sent him pictures of what we needed removed & gave me a couple price quotes on what I was looking at price wise. We agreed on for Friday, 3 days after I first reached out to him. Wayne & his guys were great! He told me he would arrive between 1:45 & 2:00PM on 8/24 & arrived at 2:20 with communication letting me know he would arrive late due to traffic. No problem! They showed up, got straight to work & hauled heavy, dirty, rusted old junk into a huge moving van. Wayne was very very nice & his guys worked hard in the hot sun! They were in & out in about an hour & a half having filled up a 20-foot truck filled with junk! Very patient & accommodating. We will be contacting Wayne & his guys in the future for our next cleaning phase. Thanks Wayne!

Hard workers

Wayne and his crew are fabulous. We have used Wayne before and because he did such a great job before, I called him when I wanted to have our garage cleaned out. He and his crew did a wonderful job. Wayne is very easy to work with. He works fast and efficiently. I would never hesitate to use Wayne for upcoming jobs.

This is at least my 5th project with Wayne.  On this occasion he removed a heavy recliner from my loft. As always, he arrived on time, removed a very heavy chair down  difficult steps. and left without a trace.  He is always careful not to damage floors, walls,etc. Highly recommended.

Responsive from beginning to end. Cleaned up and hauled away the jacuzzi which was in pieces.

Sent a message via Angie's List and received an answer within a few minutes. After some quick messaging, I texted a few photos of what needed to be hauled. Wayne immediately quoted a price and we decided on a time that same day. He was prompt and courteous and he and his assistant went right to work. They finished rather quickly and cleaned the area up where the mess was. What more can I say? Fast, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

Wayne was very courteous and professional.  He and his assistant hauled away about  45 old wooden fence boards for disposal.  This required two trips.  I will use this service again if needed.

Someone had built a small workshed (about 5'5" x 9'5") on the side of my house.   It was deteriorating and was a real eysore and I've wanted it gone for a long time.  I finally started looking at getting estimates.  I contacted three providers from Angie's list.  Wayne was by far the nicest and most responsive.  He asked if I could send photos of the shed via email and he prepared his estimate based on those photos.  He came in with the lowest bid, so I scheduled the service.  Wayne showed up a little late due to traffic, but he let me know that when he was on the way.  He brought 2 guys with him and they had the job done in just a couple hours or so.  They cleaned up everything very nicely.  It is such a relief to have that monstrosity gone.  Wayne is a super nice person and a pleasure to do business with.  He will be my first call any time I have any junk hauling or small demolition to do around here.  Being able to correspond via email is a big plus for me.  No telephone tag games.

Vendor showed up on time.  Removed the materials without damaging any walls.  Was presentable and professional.

Everything went GREAT!!!  My husband and I decided to do a major garage and backyard clean-up.  At first, we considered renting a dumpster.  However, once we made a list of all the things we needed to get rid of, we realized that most things were too heavy
for us to carry from the backyard to the driveway.   Our 3 car garage was full of boxes we wanted to keep (childhood memorabilia, old Lego sets, baby clothes and books, etc)  but a lot of the things we decided to get rid of were buried behind boxes of things we wanted to keep.  We needed manpower to get everything removed from the backyard and the garage.  I checked Angie's list and found Wayne's Junk Removal (with absolutely glowing reviews)  I called Wayne and we got started.   He returned my call promptly and got us scheduled.  He and his crew arrived promptly on October 8th and they got down to work.  For the better part of three hours,  they followed us around the backyard, the garage and the house, carrying out everything we decided to discard. Everything was neatly loaded onto their 20 foot truck.  In the garage, they had to move a lot of heavy boxes and heavy, unfinished cabinetry to get to the stuff we wanted to get rid of.  It was quite a job. Wayne and his two crew members were extremely polite, patient and very professional.  We never felt rushed and they were very careful not to damage our belongings when trying to access the things we needed them to discard.  It was a wonderful experience and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  I would recommend Wayne wholeheartedly to my family, friends and neighbors who need to do a clean-up project at a home or business without having to do the heavy lifting and loading that comes with renting a trash dumpster.  Wayne provided truly outstanding service!!

They were fabulous. They did a great job. They were wonderful. Everything was there and they didn't even blink. They were on time. They were fast and clean. They dusted up. It was wonderful. The price was based on how much of the truck they used. When he first looked at it, he estimated $350-$400. I was very pleased. The price was reasonable. They were professional and on time. They knew what they were doing. I loved that it was just yes with no questions. They took care of me perfectly. It was so important to my mother that I would have paid a lot more. They were professional and had their name splashed all over the truck with their phone number. It was good. They were there exactly when they said they would be. They were the real deal. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am in the process of converting my garage into a library and so I needed to clear out a lot of junk that had accumulated over 10 years. I called Wayne, who was very responsive, and we scheduled a pickup for this afternoon. He arrived around the time we had agreed [texting first that he was on his way], and he and his men were able to pick up a wide variety of stuff, ranging from empty boxes to old paint cans, to garden supplies and also a pile of lumber and cracked-up stucco that the contractors left on the driveway. They were quick, efficient, thorough and careful.

Communication was good, Wayne and his men were polite and worked quickly to remove the items.  Negotiating the narrow staircase in a townhouse with the big bulky chairs took some doing but in the end they were able to get everything removed satisfactorily.  I like that he donates and  recycles, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if the need arises.

The back door of our 85-year-old bungalow was sheltered by an overhang, with a heavy, tile roof on it. That overhang became separated from the side of the house, but remained suspended over the steps, supported by the vines of a robust creeping ficus plant.
Neither our local handyman, nor the gardeners who tend most of the street felt that dealing with it was within their comfort zone. We joined Angie?s List specifically to find someone to take care of this for us. The posting for Wayne?s Junk Removal included both hauling and light demolition, so that was our first call.
Communicating with Wayne was easy. He came out to assess the situation that Saturday and, early Monday morning, e-mailed us a quote for doing that job and some light hauling. We scheduled the job for the following Monday. Before then, however, Wayne scheduled a site visit with one of the men who works with him, so they could discuss the best way of approaching the task.
The result of the preparation was that, when the team of three men and two trucks arrived on Monday, there was no shouting, no drama, just removal of the overhang as efficiently as possible. 
There was some further work that Wayne felt was related to the task, which he proposed taking care of for no additional fee. They did clean up afterwards, as well. The job took less time than I had anticipated, so I still had a little more of the extra stuff that needed hauling to bring out. Wayne?s attitude was ?Take your time.?
My feeling throughout was that he treated us the way he would like to be treated and did the job for us in the manner he would have wanted it done for him. 
The team approached the planning with seriousness, they did the job effectively, and the money aspects were handled in a straightforward manner. Their attitude toward us, toward each other and toward the job itself was consistently positive. I would definitely recommend using Wayne?s Junk Removal.

It went well.  He came when he said he would come, did what he said he would do. 
He doesn't remove hazardous waste, and we had a lot of insecticides, paint, etc.  We are elderly and I was worried about our ability to lift & take the stuff to the place Wayne recommended.  He found someone in our area who would come and remove it for us.  The only area where I was a little disappointed was that we apparently had a different understanding of what "clean up afterwards" meant.  They took away all of the stuff and did some sweeping up.  I thought all the edges and corners would be swept and there would be no more dust/spider webs. 

Wayne was amazingly easy to work with! I called for an estimate and he came out that same day, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and then returned the following afternoon to haul away our junk! We're renovating our office and having this process go so smoothly, quickly, and efficiently was a true blessing among the chaos of our construction project. I would highly recommend using Wayne's Junk Removal. He was quick, cost-effective, and professional.
