They quoted from photos and the work was of superb quality at a reasonable price for a small job. We had difficulty nailing down a time with them and they ended up doing the work from the outside of the fence and didn't let us known it was completed. We had agreed they could do it this way, so we were checking everyday, but an e-mail or text was expected at least. It was somewhat confusing to have the lack of clarity on timing. Even though we are practically in their backyard we could never manage to mesh schedules to give them the check, so we ended up mailing it. "This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "
