We had difficulty nailing down a time with them and they ended up doing the work from the outside of the fence and didn't let us known it was completed. We had agreed they could do it this way, so we were checking everyday, but an e-mail or text was expected at least. It was somewhat confusing to have the lack of clarity on timing. Even though we are practically in their backyard we could never manage to mesh schedules to give them the check, so we ended up mailing it. Not a problem since they never hounded us for the money, which we typically expect. I've asked them to quote a big fence job on the same property, the scheduling hit and miss aside we are extremely pleased with the quality of the repair and prefer to hire local."

When the hour was nearing he texted that he would be another 10 minutes. He arrived and was very considerate wearing shoe coverings and asking if I wanted him to wear a mask. He explained what had happened and what he was going to do to repair the window. He completed the repair within an hour, just in time before the next rain. I would highly recommend Bob and will definitely hire him again for future needs."
