Quick Plumbing Service-Unlicensed Contractor

I had Tech come to my home to fix the Water Pressure valve . His name was Erick. He came and gave me quote which was higher. Then he said, if you give CASH will do it in half the price. i agree to do the work. As soon as I said lets do the work he said he needs half of the money first as deposit and he will come back with part in 40 minutes I gave him $300.00 on 10/14. He never showed up. When I ask called him , he said he cannot find part and come back Monday. I called and he said he will come next day. Next day he said car is over heating. Following day Tire got flat. When I am writing this today is 11/03- I have not received money back or no show . He responds text messages. So if you try to hire some one make sure not to give any money upfront without work performed. He even did not give his business card. Next option for me is to go small claim court. Whoever use him very careful and do not get ripped off like me. I got my work done way cheaper then even his quote

Showed up late,had to go and get part-temporarily fixed leak ended up telling us it could burst so he had to get another part and return next day. Got part but said he had to replace both hot and cold pipes,cut hole in my wall,replaced pipes but now my hot handle faces the faucet while my cold water faces out. He said he could not fix it any other way. This was $2,000 for a unlicensed plumber

Eric is professional and has good people skills. He fixed the problem in a short period of time with only a single trip to the store for parts.

Excellent job very happy with the services

Eric came fast the same day gave us an exact time the job would take to complete and the price upfront. He made a material list for the remodel and answered all of the questions that we had. We had a few change orders that he did not charge us for after he already installed the pipe. Everything he did looks professional and he cleaned up very well after himself. Will definitely be hiring him again in the future!
