"Very professional and quick, removed a bird from my vent over the stove. I was so happy that the bird was still living."

"Fieldtech IPS was punctual, professional and very polite cleaned and removed the mess that birds were doing on our roof, it was like a 100 pounds of feces and nesting materials that we didnâ  t even know was there, Nelson did an inspection with his drone took pictures and measurements and knew exactly our problem and how to remediate. Totally recommend this company services"

"We used the All City Animal Control office located in Seal Beach (Orange County).
We first heard the raccoon two months ago and then a few days later heard the squeaking noises of babies. After trying to scare them out with lights, ammonia, and loud music on our own (as we read about online)...we decided we needed professional help.
These guys were very tenacious and did not give up. After three different methods of trying to get the raccoon to leave (simple cage; pheromone tactics; and finally spraying the crawl spay thoroughly with ammonia) she left. Humanely (which was important to my wife and I). Scott, the primary technician, was professional, dependable, accessible (we spoke with him many times before, during and after the process) and tenacious.
We really want to recommend Scott and All City especially since we wasted $300 on another Critter Control service in Orange County that basically came by, looked around and set up two cage traps and left...their contract said we could use the traps for three days and after that...see ya. No guarantees. All City guaranteed us they would get the raccoon out.

"Helpful and friendly, Rene and his team made quick work installing birds spikes and even removing built up droppings in problematic areas! Excellent service, highly recommended!"

"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."
